Alternate Your Food

It is important to alternate the food one eats daily. If we know it or if we don't, if we want it or if we don't, we are always a bit intolerant to some food. We may be only just a little intolerant, and not even aware of it, but each and one of us has some kind of food intolerance. It may have not influenced our life in a negative way yet, but its still there. And to avoid raising our intolerance and putting a stress on our immune system it is always recommendable to eat differently every day.

For example: I am intolerant to soya beans. Being a vegetarian I have eaten lots of tofu (which is made from soya beans) which was one of my preferable proteins sources. I did not know I was allergic to soya at the time and just kept on eating soya almost on a daily basis. I have put it in my salads, added it to my pasta, and made my self tofu burgers...and more...But my body started to react, and the more I ate soya the more chronic my reactions where.

Now, I am not sure that it was only the soya which caused my reaction, since I have found out I was intolerant to other foods, like wheat and dairy, but these ingredients where in my diet on a daily basis, and my body had never had the time to get over the last time I had the same ingredients...It's like putting dust in your eyes, the eyes start to water immediately, trying to reject the dust, but before you give them the chance to recover you put more dust in your eyes, and then more and more...I think one can get the picture.

Alternating foods will automatically reduce the stress being put on the body by these ingredients that the body can not tolerate and make ones life healthier and of better quality.
