Try these methods to relieve your sinus condition before you give up hope

First, check yourself for allergies, mainly food allergies. It seems that we all suffer from some food intolerance, whether we know it or not. Inflamed sinuses are in many instances the result of a reaction to types of foods we consume regularly, and are intolerant to.
If you do find out you are allergic in any way to certain foods, learn to avoid those food types, or at least do not eat that same food you react to on a daily basis.
You can ease your allergic reactions by alternating your food types daily. Avoid eating the same ingredients every day. Be aware that wheat effects many as an allergen, and its the main ingredient in breads and pastas. Dairy products, that many people react to are being used in different ways in many dishes. Lots of people seem to be allergic to preservatives colorants and different additives which are being used in most of the processed food on the market today. So, try and avoid processed food whenever you can, or at least be aware that processed food can be a cause for your sinuses discomfort.
When you cook try and use spices and ingredients that are known to be natural anti inflammatory like; turmeric, curcuma ( saffron ), oregano, ginger or rosemary.
Look for foods which are supplemented with quercetin. Quercetin is a crystalline pigment present in plants, which has a great effect on reducing allergic reactions.
Make sure to take lots of vitamine c, which acts as a natural antihistamine, and helps in reducing inflammations caused by allergies.
Another very efficient method to relieve a sinus condition is to use a neti pot, and rinse the sinuses a few times daily. You should use lukewarm ( body temperature ) water with salt, and rinse out your sinuses. starting with one nostril and then alternating to the other. From my experience using a neti pot has a great effect in immediately improving the sinuses discomfort. It will not cure the cause to your sinus problem, but will make living with sinus condition much more bearable.
So, if you suffer from a sinus condition that make your life very uncomfortable, check yourself for food allergies, and alternate your foods daily, take natural anti inflammatory and antihistamine, and rinse your sinuses a few times a day. Most chances are that your sinuses discomfort will improve.

You May Suffer From Food Intolerance

You have never thought you were food intolerant in any way. You never thought you were allergic either. You went through life thinking you were very aware of the food you ate, and that your choice of food was good. You based your food choice on the common knowledge that you were exposed to; You were avoiding fast food, sodas of all kinds, fatty food, sugar, and at the same time, you were having salads, lots of row vegetables, cold pressed olive oils, nuts of all kinds. You were having different type of proteins; all type of beans, lentils, tofu. You were really good about the food choices you made. Or you think you were.

Do you have joints pain, even though you did not injure yourself?

Do you suffer from any type of eczema? Are your sinuses bothering you on a regular basis? You even had a sinus operation, but still your sinuses keep on being inflamed. You suffer from annoying pain under your eyes, which actually turns into a migraine. Maybe you are getting overweight, you are retaining water, and you can not shed these extra kilos.

There can be a simple solution.

It is very possible you suffer from some kind of food intolerance. And it will be to your benefit to go and check this out. Finding out which food is the cause of your on going discomfort can improve your life quality immensely.

You should really educate yourself about food allergies. Every person is unique, and therefor every person reacts to different types of food. Food that may be of great benefit to one may harm the other. When it comes to eating healthy, you have to find out for yourself what is your personal health food.

My recommendation is to go and get tested for food intolerance.

From my experience an "IgG Elisa" food intolerance test is a very effective and accurate test. It tests a wide variety of foods, and by acting upon the test diagnosis, and changing the eating habits, you can have great results. A great improvement in life quality.

Knowledge is an asset. By knowing what your personal problem foods are, and acting upon your knowledge , you can live a better, healthier, and more energetic life.

Tips For Slowing Down The Aging Process

There are a few simple daily functions that will help in slowing down ones physical aging process. These functions can be integrated easily into any ones lifestyle, are cost free and work for every person without any exception. Not only will the aging process slow down, but also the general health will improve, and with it the level of ones energy and over all good feel. Here are some of them:

Get a good night sleep. This alone will have a major positive effect on the aging process.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. This will help in hydrating the body, flush the body of toxins and waste, and make the skin look nice and fresh.
Eat less fat, Especially animal fat.
Reduce the sugar intake. And reduce the amount of processed food you eat.
Avoid all type of preservatives and colorants in your food. One really does not need any of that. You will be much better of eating fresh food.
Avoid all type of sodas. Reduce alcohol intake and caffeine intake.
Eat lots of antioxidants. This means eat lots of vegetables, lots of greens, lots of fruit, like berries or citrus. Take antioxidants supplements. The antioxidants are the substance that helps the body neutralize the free radicals, that if are let active, will influence the cells rebuilding function, or in other words without having the antioxidants the cells renewal process becomes damaged, resulting in damaged cells and therefor faster aging process.
On this note, if ones still smokes, this is the time to quit. Smoking, beside having the immediate tar effect on the lungs and all the health hazards we know of, creates a high level of free radicals in the body, which causes lots of cell damage, which results in aging.
On this note, keeping the respiratory system as clean as possible, is essential to slow down the aging process. The lungs have a direct connection to the efficiency of the blood supply to all the organs in the body, and purifying the lungs will dramatically increase the blood supplies efficiency. The skin which is an organ will therefor be in better condition and will look better and younger.
So,on this note, Yoga practice is highly recommended. In yoga practice one of the main emphasis is on breathing exercises, that purify the lungs, and improves ones health.
But then, many other forms of exercise, that strain the lungs heart and bones, will help in keeping the aging process down ( a brisk walk of between 20 to 30 minutes a day will do the trick ) . But every person should be aware of his/her physical condition, and exercise in accordance. If one is not sure of how far to take the physical activity then consulting with a physician will be best.
Meditate! Meditation has lots of benefits generally. One main benefit is very much the slowing down of the aging process. By managing ones stress level, one maintains good function of cell repair, collagen production, and hormone secretion. Mental balance has a positive influence on the physical condition, and keeps the aging process down.
Keep your physical body clean. Cleanse and exfoliate your skin regularly.
Keep your dental and mouth hygiene up. Floss your teeth, scrape your tongue morning and evening. Make sure you have no gum disease.
Stay out of the sun, and learn to use sun protection. The sun alone can make us look older. But what is more important is the permanent effect on our skin, an aging long lasting effect. The sun can keep your skin permanently damaged.
Do something you enjoy every day. Laugh whenever you can. Having fun will keep you young at heart and will help you stay young.

These are only a few suggestions, but with very powerful effect on our aging process. Even by keeping only a few of them the physical aging process will slow down.
Making a change in ones lifestyle takes some commitment, and could be challenging. But at the end, its only a frame of mind. If your goal is to live healthier, and to look better and younger then make the right choices, and make the commitment. You will have no regrets.

Alternate Your Food

It is important to alternate the food one eats daily. If we know it or if we don't, if we want it or if we don't, we are always a bit intolerant to some food. We may be only just a little intolerant, and not even aware of it, but each and one of us has some kind of food intolerance. It may have not influenced our life in a negative way yet, but its still there. And to avoid raising our intolerance and putting a stress on our immune system it is always recommendable to eat differently every day.

For example: I am intolerant to soya beans. Being a vegetarian I have eaten lots of tofu (which is made from soya beans) which was one of my preferable proteins sources. I did not know I was allergic to soya at the time and just kept on eating soya almost on a daily basis. I have put it in my salads, added it to my pasta, and made my self tofu burgers...and more...But my body started to react, and the more I ate soya the more chronic my reactions where.

Now, I am not sure that it was only the soya which caused my reaction, since I have found out I was intolerant to other foods, like wheat and dairy, but these ingredients where in my diet on a daily basis, and my body had never had the time to get over the last time I had the same ingredients...It's like putting dust in your eyes, the eyes start to water immediately, trying to reject the dust, but before you give them the chance to recover you put more dust in your eyes, and then more and more...I think one can get the picture.

Alternating foods will automatically reduce the stress being put on the body by these ingredients that the body can not tolerate and make ones life healthier and of better quality.

Go Have an "IgG Elisa" Food Intolerance Test

To find out which food allergies you have, you can take an" IgG Elisa" food intolerance test. To have the test done you have to give a blood sample to a specialized laboratory, for a fully scientific test . You can choose to test over 100 food types. The findings are given in a table, which lists each one of the problem food types, with the level of the relevant intolerance; from +1 to +4, where +1 is the lowest level of intolerance, and +4 is the highest.

The recommended diet following the test is, that all the food one is reacting to in levels +3 and +4 should be avoided all together for 10 months to a year, and then reintroduced to the diet slowly, one by one, in a way that one could determine if he/she is still reactive to the food. For example; if you are intolerant to pecan nuts and have reintroduced them to your diet, and have some kind of a physical reaction of discomfort right after, maybe a headache, or stuffy sinuses, or any other form of reaction, you will know immediately that you are still intolerant to pecan nuts. Than try and keep pecan nuts out of your diet.

The food types that you react to in lower levels according to the " IgG Elisa" test; in levels +1 and + 2, the recommendation is to avoid all together for 3 to 4 months, and then slowly reintroduce them to the diet, again in a controlled manner, one by one, so you can be aware if you still react in any way to the particular food type you are reintroducing.

Its a good idea to alternate your diet on a daily basis, so even if you have a food intolerance that you are not aware of, you will not be eating the same problem food every day, and put to much stress on your immune system.

Sticking to your new diet in the first year will not be easy, but discipline will pay off. It is hard to find restaurants to eat in. Some friends will find it hard to accommodate your needs, but your health will get better if you persist. Your aches will lessen, your sinuses will get under control, and your doctor bills will get smaller. Persistence is the key to your improvement. Do not let anyone deter you from your new diet. You will not regret it. Your life quality will change for the better.

Braking The Chain Of Negativity

In this world we are all looking for happiness, peace and harmony, and that is because we do not have a peaceful harmonious life.We all tend to look for what we do not have.
In our life,we often go through what we may call agitations, disharmony. and what we tend to do is afflict the people around us with our bad vibes, and those people who are around us; our children, our wife, our co-workers, our neighbors, they all get affected, and then they pass on to others their own bad vibes, their own misery. Its a never ending process, the chain of misery.
This cannot be the right way to live our lives. We should aspire to live in peace and harmony. We as social beings we always have to get in contact with other people, and the more we learn how to live in a pleasant wholeness the better and easier our day to day conduct will be. But how???
For one to be able to change the patterns that lead him to negativity, and live in disharmony, he must understand the reasons for his negativity. The real reasons. Not those that he believes to be the reasons, but the core to the pattern, the seeds of disharmony. Its very easy to blame others for ones misery. The neighbor who did not move his car from where he should not have parked it, or ones son who came home with a low grade from school, or the guy who just dropped on the surfer while he was taking off on a wave. These are all excuses, but never the real source of our disharmony and agitations. We cannot control all that happens around us in life. We can't arrange for things not to happen around us. Bad things are bound to happen.
The real reason for one disharmony lies within oneself. The things that happen around us are bound to happen, but how we react to the those things, that we can change. But how can we change how we react? How do we learn how to control our minds. If one can really look at the source of our negativity, it will always lie in our mind. The more negativity we produce, the more negativity we will breed, and the more negative we will be. We actually engrave our minds with negativity. We scar it, and until we do not learn how to change this process, we will always go around full with negativity, disharmony, misery, and we will always afflict others with it too.
We have to learn to look at the reality within, and see it for real, for what it is. The only problem is that to learn how to look within takes discipline, it takes learning a technique that works. One has to learn how to remain balanced to what happens within. No matter what it is that is happening, one has to know how to see it, and not react to it. One has to learn how to live in the present. What has happened in the past is gone and what will happen in the future one does not know, but if one lives good in the present, and the present is always good this will project into the future and when the future comes it will be good too. Once all this will become the pattern in life, all the rest will start to follow. Once one cuts the chain of negative reactions within the mind, then the negativity inside and outside will start to loose its strength, and will not control ones life any more.
Therefore, one has to find a meditation form that teaches how to observe within. How to look into the mind and how to tame the mind. How to learn to be objective to all that arises in the mind, how to see it and not react to it. This is how one brakes the chain of reactions.
Every meditation form that can teach this, is a good meditation form. Every meditation form that teaches this, will teach about the low of impermanence, and about detachment. About the universal low, and about the importance of morality in life, because this all goes hand in hand with braking the chain of negativity. How can one live an immoral life and expect that negativity will not follow? how can one be attached to material things, to thoughts or believes, and still be able to not react when the foundation of his attachments is under threat? How can one live in contrast to the universal low, and still have harmony?
So try and learn how to live in harmony, how to live a moral life, and how to see the truth. The reality for what it is, and not what you want it to be. Learn how to see things objectively, how to live in the present, and how to give to society positivity, love and harmony.
